Why not send all of your customers a discount coupon with dollar or percentage discounts during the Holiday Season, when you receive new products or in the spring? You can send this information out by regular mail or by email. These are financially accessible means and easy to incorporate into your operations. It’s an effective way of remaining in contact with your customers.

Another way of achieving customer loyalty is to make an exclusive promotion aimed at your good customers (VIP). For example, during the long weekend in May when vacationers are opening up their cottages, invite them over to your business and pay particular attention to them.
